DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Interstate 81: Take Exit 185, Central Scranton Expressway. Follow signs to downtown. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Jefferson Avenue. The MH/MR OFFICES are located in the second building on the right, the former Pennsylvania Gas & Water Co., across from the Radisson at Lackawanna Station.
